Allowed Return Period
You can request a return for your products within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Return Conditions For Intact Products
Since we deal with personal care products, please adhere to the following conditions to ensure your request is accepted:
- The product must be in its original condition, completely sealed, and has not been opened, used, or tested in any way.
- The product must be in its original packaging without any damage caused by poor storage.
- In the case of returning a bundle or a set, the entire bundle must be returned in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Products
To maintain public health and the personal safety of all our customers, the following products are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances, except in the case of damage or a manufacturing defect:
- Deodorants of all types.
- Any product whose original packaging has been opened or its plastic wrapping removed.
Receiving a Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, Nebula takes full responsibility.
- Please contact us immediately upon receiving the order within the allowed period.
- We will cover all return shipping costs and the delivery of the replacement product.
- Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to expedite the return process.
Shipping Costs for Returning an Intact Product
If you wish to return a product in its original condition for reasons unrelated to a defect or an error on our part, the customer will bear the shipping costs for both delivery and return.
Steps to Request a Return and Refund
- Contact customer service via WhatsApp or our email within the specified period of 7 days, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- A courier will be dispatched to collect the product.
- Once we receive the product in our warehouses and inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above, the return request will be approved.
- Refunds: The amount will be transferred, after deducting shipping fees if applicable, via e-wallets or bank transfer. The transfer process may take a few business days to complete.
